Now, conflicts among nations and also in nations over the government policies. Some people say the government should offer money first for helping those countries invaded as the country may be also invaded in the future if they don’t support them.

On the other hand, the other people say the government should spend money first for the disadvantaged citizens. We should not interfere the matter voluntarily to make one side our enemy, as it is nothing to do with us.

Basically the same logic seen in refuge issue

Poor people in some countries decide to leave the country for their survival and try to cross the border. But people of privileged countries oppose the refuge to enter, as the refuge would take away their jobs as cheap labor. It seems both seeds are saying for their benefit, rather than justice as humans.
