April is starting month in Japan for schools, and administration’s as well as many companies’ fiscal year. So, many newly graduated employees start to work.

However, many of them are resigning the companies in a few weeks as their work and environment are different from the explanation on the interview.

New employees have different work consciousness

They think the company is mealy a step stone for their careers, and it is waste of time to remain. Some quitted the company on the first day. Along with this phenomenon, new business to handle the resign procedure to the company is thriving.

Behind this, Japanese traditional working practice (seniority employment and lifetime employment system) is completely collapsed. Now, Japan is facing to the severe labor shortage, and as a result, they are apt to show only good aspects on the interviews.
